Job Title:	Systems Analyst
Position Description
Ajilon Consulting is a global provider of IT solutions with 40 years of experience and offices throughout North America, Europe, and Australia. We support clientsâ?? immediate and long-term business needs by delivering a wide array of consultative IT services and by providing contingent consultants on an individual or group staffing basis. Our contingent consultants possess IT skills that supplement internal client resources during workload peaks, fill critical areas of expertise, and staff mission critical projects. Together we employ more than 700,000 associates on-assignment supporting over 150,000 clients. We have an immediate need for an experienced Systems Analyst in Rochester, NY. They will serve a dual role in that they will also assist on the Letter Server Project w/ regards to Technical Reqmts. Gathers, documents and articulates information from the Business and System reqmts documents to create a complete technical reqmt. Provides assistance to IT personnel and business partners Participate in process improvement initiatives. Conducts Interviewing sessions w/ small to large groups Technology Related • Knowledge and experience in all phases of the systems development life cycle • Advanced knowledge and experience in structured systems analysis and design techniques Working knowledge of the following: SQL, VB, XML, Relational Databases (e.g. Oracle, Sybase), SQL Server, Business Objects, Linux and Windows environments • Experience with Document Publishing software applications (e.g. Framemaker, Adobe). • Knowledge of medical management concepts and business functions/processes (e.g., Case Management, Utilization Management, etc.. ) • Working knowledge of relational database configuration (e.g., Oracle). • Experience with systems analysis and design techniques; expertise with the Microsoft suite of tools including Word, Excel, Viso, Project, Access and PowerPoint. • Working knowledge of some or all of the following: SQL, Business Objects and Windows Environments. General • Ability to effectively prioritize and plan assignments and projects in a high-pressure environment • Exceptional customer service orientation • High level of understanding of the companyâ??s goals and objectives • Proven ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment • Excellent communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. • Highly self motivated and directed
